Service Description

This appointment is intended for individuals who have received a test kit from their healthcare provider or by mail and need a blood draw. IMPORTANT NOTICE: In most cases, test kits must be drawn Monday through Thursday, and shipped the same day to ensure overnight delivery. Samples that need to be processed (centrifuged, aliquoted, etc.) will be collected, prepared, packaged, and shipped by our team.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a penalty. Alternatively, you can log into your VeniDirect account to make the necessary changes. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of either 100% of reserved service or $50, whichever is greater. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the patient is unavailable at the specified time. In the event that VeniDirect cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a new appointment will be scheduled for the patient without penalty. Availability permitting. VeniDirect provides irrevocable, non-tangible services, therefore a "convenience fee" is charged when you book. Except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy, the convenience fee is not refundable. Regardless of the circumstances, once a technician has been dispatched to your home or business, you are not eligible to receive a refund or credit.
