Appointment Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our field technicians, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call VeniDirect as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How To Cancel Your Appointment
Using your profile dashboard is the most efficient way to cancel your appointment. In the event that you do not have an account and need to cancel your appointment, please call (971) 272-8365 during regular business hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. In this case, the voice mail date/time stamp will be recorded as the cancellation time.
Late Cancellations/No Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses a scheduled appointment without cancelling. This includes appointments where our field technician can't gain access to the property, is turned away, or the patient is unavailable or has provided incorrect or unwanted appointment information. In either case, we will charge the patient a $50 missed appointment fee.
Refusal of Service
Although VeniDirect field technicians pride themselves on their level of customer commitment, they retain the right to refuse service to anyone. In cases of questionable or inappropriate situations, grossly non-sterile or unsanitary conditions, threats or concerns about their safety, our technicians retain the absolute right to stop and leave the premises immediately. We will not issue a refund in this instance in accordance with our refund policy.
Since VeniDirect offers non-tangible, irrevocable services, we do not provide refunds once a field technician has been dispatched to your location. When booking an appointment, it is your responsibility as a client to understand this.
